My daughter's dress came in earlier then expected. We took our daughter for pictures and when I put her crown on there we two gem's that had fallen off. One gem I hot glued it back on but the other was missing I tried contacting them and I didn't get a response.
Omg i had the most wonderful experience at both locations especially the one at the mall...Isabel was AMAZING!!!!! not only was the customer service excellent but she made sure i was happy with everything and the dress was prefect!!!!! no alterations were required. The price and everything that came with the quincenera package was amazing and affordable.... definitely recommend 100%
I was there on Saturday and we found the PERFECT dress! Isabella was such a joy and so helpful. She was handling 3 customers and once while helping a young woman try on a dress and she did it allllll while making us laugh! Customer service was amazing, THANK YOU ISABELLA!!!!
