My Mom needed a PCP. I searched In Network for her health plan and found Dr Amador. The staff is kind and Dr Amador is kind and listens to concerns BUT they are unorganized and unprofessional, always short staffed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Even with an appt we wait 45+ mins. Mom is on several meds and Dr Amador refuses to give 90 day supply options and it's a nightmare requesting prescription refills. I have to call their office several days in a row to get somebody. Nunca contestan el teléfono y cuando estás en consulta tardan 3 horas en poderte atender, tengo pendientes unos resultados después de esto nunca más volveré ahí piénsalo muy bien si vas ir a esa clínica la doctora Amador muy excelente pero su equipo no funciona bien.
Worst doctor's office I have ever visited in the US. I would grade it as a 0 overall. From not keeping telehealth appointments, to lack of answering calls, not returning calls, not understanding patient needs, not sending information to other centers to have studies made (although dozens of calls have been made and even an in person visit to no avail), not providing test results in a timely manner, or at all (btw, I define a "timely manner" loosely as 10 days, but in their case we are talking months). If I had the option to give it 0 stars, I would! Staff shortages. I've been asking for a medical referral for months (I've missed two appointments with my specialist in a 4-month period, and they never send it). I call, and they tell me, "We'll send it immediately," and MONTHS have gone by. It's totally irresponsible to make people wait so long for medical attention just because they didn't send a piece of paper. Terrible. Please don't go!
