Discovered their inspection was not adequate in discovering damages and repairs were of poor, sloppy quality. We did not make good use of our insurance benefits using this company. Numerous calls with Scott and visits to the house and the work was still not done to code and very sloppy. An in person visit to the owner himself did not resolve the issues and was very childish. They just wanted to wipe their hands of the mess and collect $ quickly. Shame on them.
We had large hail damage. Mr. Isaac Campbell was efficient and excellent to work with. He explained everything to me twice. Lol But seriously a great company He and his crew worked hard. They done an excellent job (1 day) The roof looks Great. Isaac took the headache away from us and got the job done. TY!!
4.5 Stars. Isaac has done a great job walking us through the process and following up as we have had multiple crews (roof replacement, soffit repair, gutter replacement, etc) on site, due to a large tree falling on our house. Repair work done looks very good. There are some opportunities for improvement: Some crews showed up without notice; one crew inadvertently slightly damaged our pergola without reporting it.
I truly enjoyed working with Brent throughout our roof replacement journey. He was incredibly patient—not only with us, but also with the insurance company—and consistently guided me through each step of the process. Brent was always prompt, took time to explain things clearly, and recommended the best options for our situation.
