I’m not one for leaving negative reviews but if I can even convince 1 person to not live here it’ll be worth it. When my fiancé and I first moved into Arabelle, it was amazing. Beautiful complex, lots of parking, and an amazing team. After the ownership switch, things went down the drain, however, fees and dues went up?! For up-charging due to “luxury living” there sure is a lot of trash and dog poop everywhere (even on sidewalks and in breezeways!). The property in itself was nice. My unit was move in ready and clean for move-in day. Maintenance always did a wonderfully job and was always nice. The unfortunately part of this property is the staff. The assistant manager currently there is extremely condescending and unreliable in following up with actions. He was not a pleasure to speak with as soon as the conversation started. From the first encounter I explaining the situation and elaborating on why I was following up on a matter. Don’t bother going crazy cleaning your apartment when you move out because even if you did they will make up something ridiculous to take your security deposit. And if they respond to this comment saying something along the lines of “please contact us…” it’s all for show. There will do nothing to address the issue and keep your security deposit for whatever whim they have. And notice the positive reviews either sound fake or come from people who have not actually lived here yet, they only toured or just moved in.
It's interesting how the lease states that residents and their guests may not engage in loud or obnoxious manner; disturbing the rights, comfort, safety, or convenience of others in or near the apartment community. However, certain residents and their guests are completely inconsiderate of others in their surrounding areas. Also, it is apparent that management can care less about what goes on in this community. In my opinion this residential community is going to the toilet! I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to move here!
