Best hair salon you could ever go to! They are all so sweet, the hair stylists are all so professional and genuine. They care about you and you feel it. They offer tea, coffee and water. Top of the line supplies can be purchased. Abby does an amazing job every time and we see her regularly. It truly is comfortable and relaxing. No matter the hair request they can make it happen. You also never feel rushed.
Bella at Arabella salon did a phenomenal cut and color on me! she is so incredibly talented and so kind. Her foiling technique gave me the most natural and bright blonde
Just went here for the first time and my experience was great! I had Abby, she was so sweet! Offered me water, coffee and tea multiple times and always made sure I was comfortable. The entire staff was very welcoming. I got a blonde full foil and she did it EXACTLY how I wanted. Would definitely recommend!
UPDATE: Despite several emails and phone calls to the salon and reassurance that they would refund my haircut, I have not heard back nor have I had a refund. I've had to schedule with another salon to fix the disaster of a haircut that I received. I am highly disappointed that after being a customer at this salon for nearly a decade this is the treatment they give. I rarely write reviews, but after having 12 inches of my hair cut off instead of the 2 I asked for, I felt it was warranted. I have gone to Arabella Salon for over eight years, ever since a disastrous hair cut on my wedding day at a different salon sent me looking for a new one.
