I rarely write reviews, but after having 12 inches of my hair cut off instead of the 2 I asked for, I felt it was warranted. I have gone to Arabella Salon for over eight years, ever since a disastrous hair cut on my wedding day at a different salon sent me looking for a new one. My hair dresser was so nice and I feel bad leaving a terrible review but I walked out crying even after she tried to fix it. This is not even close to what I asked for. I added the picture I asked for and what end result. being charged full price while crying is just wrong. After a few days I got a call from the owner who was very nice and refunded me. She wants me to go back and would take me as a client personally but I had a hairdresser at salty roots studio already redo my hair for free and will forever be my new stylist... read more
