I would give Arabella of Longview 10 stars if I could! First, Nekeita, the Director, it’s not only kind, professional, knowledgeable, excellent with follow up, and patient… she is also gifted to do this job and work with seniors in their twilight years. It was evident not only by my interaction with her as I went to tour the venue for my 84-year-old Mother, but the way she treated my mother and every resident, I saw her interact with during my visit was just amazing! My mother has lived in the assisted living apartments about 6 months. Her health and happiness have improved 10 fold! It was the best decision ever. 1. Every time I call her, a staff member knocks on the door to let her know a meal is beginning or an activity is happening. They actively make sure she can stay engaged if she wants. Memory care specifically. Sweet regular pay staff. They care but are overworked. Beware of those with title and smiling faces
