Tl;Dr Multiple issues with different jewellery pieces and a very difficult time getting it fixed, if it is at all. My partner had an issue that was fixed only after a couple times of bringing it in. My jewellery issue has not been solved and apparently won't be. I have diamond earrings I can't wear because the backings that are sold with them are too loose or I was unlucky and got a loose pair.
