I hate to be this type of customer, but unfortunately the business didn't help to fix the issue. I was extremely unhappy with my haircut, im a Latina with black long curly hair, and Mikayla sold me her services very well. Despite describing my issues (thin hair) and what I wanted, she did totally the opposite, she reduce all my volume ( I needed the opposite ) but the most upsetting part, is that she left me only 2 layers, so, imagine how i look. I had a really beautiful experience here, it’s a lovely warm space where you can be yourself. I left with a beautiful haircut and happy heart. I never let anyone cut my hair for fear of them cutting too much but it’s perfect. Still long yet cleaned up. Will definitely visit again when in town.

Mikeala has helped nurse my damaged curls back to health. After my first appointment I saw huge difference in my hair my curl pattern used to have zero consistency and it was heavily weighed down from damage, but thanks to Mikealas help and advice my hair has never looked better and I don’t have to constantly style it to keep it tamed and behaved because it’s got that natural bounce and healthy gloss to it. Bonus points for the lovely customer service!
