Bought a ring and earrings and both turned dark. Bought them in May 2025. Thus warranty expired. These items are supposed to be sterling silver. Would not buy Arabella jewelry again!!!!

I had a horrible experience at arabella carrefour laval. i bought a 10k solid gold chain and a 10k solid gold pendant in december 2024. After 5 months of buying those items the clasp on my necklace was defective. Not only did i pay 300$ for this necklace but they didnt tell me that the 1 year guarantee did not include defective clasps. I work in a jewlery store myself and defects like a malfunctioning clasps is within the guarantee because it is not the customers fault but the item in question.
