if I could put down a 0 on this review i would.. This jewelry place has the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed in my entire life. I don’t even know how they are still open in carrefour laval. The girl with the glasses should be hired elsewhere because she doesn’t deserve to be working in this disgraceful environment. Horrible customer service. I had a piece that I NEVER wore because I didn't like, in fact, I barely even looked at.. I wanted to return it (mind you the person who bought it double checked with the vendor at the time and they said it's returnable/exchangeable so Im not sure if it was a tactic just to sell something to man who barely has an idea), the girls working tried to trick me by saying that it's not possible to return or exchange even though it is even mentioned on the receipt that it is LOL.. Extremely disappointed with the quality of my bracelet and the after-sales service at Arabella in Carrefour Laval. My boyfriend bought me a bracelet in February 2025. I wore it for about two weeks before it broke. I paid twice to have it repaired at my own jeweller, and each time it broke again after a day of wear. I finally brought it to Arabella in October, where the employee was kind and sent it for repair, mentioning that an exchange might be possible if the problem continued. Mon copain m’a acheter une bague en janvier 2024 je l’ai fait reprisée les diamants on tombée une première fois j’ai été la refaire réparer une deuxième fois encore la même chose là je dois retourner pour une troisième fois la faire réparer mais je ne sais pas si les diamants vont tenir très déçu

À fuir absolument. J’ai acheté des boucles d’oreilles en pensant qu’elles étaient de qualité supérieure, utilisables sous la douche et sans risque de ternir. La vendeuse m’a affirmé tout cela, mais c’était faux. Après avoir payé plus de 200 $, j’ai découvert après coup qu’aucun remboursement n’était possible. Jamais mentionné avant l’achat, seulement écrit en petit sur le reçu, ce qui est malhonnête. Leur service client est méprisant et impoli : on m’a coupée plusieurs fois quand j’ai essayé d’expliquer.
