À fuir absolument. J’ai acheté des boucles d’oreilles en pensant qu’elles étaient de qualité supérieure, utilisables sous la douche et sans risque de ternir. La vendeuse m’a affirmé tout cela, mais c’était faux. Après avoir payé plus de 200 $, j’ai découvert après coup qu’aucun remboursement n’était possible. Bought a ring and earrings and both turned dark. Bought them in May 2025. Thus warranty expired. These items are supposed to be sterling silver. Would not buy Arabella jewelry again!!!!

I had a horrible experience at arabella carrefour laval. i bought a 10k solid gold chain and a 10k solid gold pendant in december 2024. After 5 months of buying those items the clasp on my necklace was defective. Not only did i pay 300$ for this necklace but they didnt tell me that the 1 year guarantee did not include defective clasps. I work in a jewlery store myself and defects like a malfunctioning clasps is within the guarantee because it is not the customers fault but the item in question.
