The owner here is extremely rude and a liar. We reserved a truck that he evidently had promised to someone he knew personally or wanted to use for himself and told us we had no reservation. We called corporate and they told us he had reported us arriving late even though we got there before he even arrived and opened that morning. He wouldnt answer corporates phones calls.
