I’ve been with this storage unit for less than 6 months and they increased the price by $20. From $160-$180. I could understand if I had used them for a year. They claim they are increasing prices due to the economy and only need 30 days notice to do so. I also didn’t get a full 30 days notice per Alabama state law. The letter was postmarked 5/31 and I’m told it will increase 6/28. In the letter they put the date as 5/29, in their attempt to get around that. In a court of law, it goes off the list marked date.
