I don't leave many negative reviews. But I have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 3 years. It's not exactly the best hotel around. You get what you pay for in some aspects. I even woke up to getting bit by bed bugs one night when I was here. And they gave me a different room that time. And I let it go and continue to stay here. I love stay at this location but the black female associate at the front has a bad attitude. She woke me up this morning without doing her job and assumed I didn’t pay. She then doesn’t apologize for not doing her job and making a mistake and doesn’t give me any recourse for her error. Please train your associates on customer service and doing a thorough job before coming and disturbing a customers peace especially when they are in the wrong.

I have a have been using this hotel for a couple of years now. It has fine from ok to bad. It used to be clean and recently i saw some roaches. One room i was in was leaking from the ceiling and had mold in the room. I had been in training with my service dog I have for medical reasons. I took my service dog with me to this hotel. I had to email the certified papers to their office like asked. They still charged me a service fee to have a service dog.
