Front desk girl VERY VERY RUDE heavy set wears glasses (deep breathes before she speaks to you because she is VERY RUDE ) she’s very rude i am telling you!! If you can’t deal with personalities then you shouldn’t be front desk go to warehouse or something, something ! if you not Spanish don’t rent HERE!!! Good room for the price
Horrible experience. The rooms were dirty, the staff was unhelpful, the sinks were broken and the doors didn’t lock. We were moved to 3 different rooms and they were all dirty and not locking. The front desk lady was not helpful and when we asked for a refund she put her AirPods in her ears and asked us to wait off to the side. Do not recommend.
My experience at this property was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty, and there were roaches coming in and out of the bathroom. The ceiling appeared to be collapsing, creating a serious health and safety hazard. There was no shower curtain, making it difficult to bathe properly. The staff was rude and unprofessional, treating all guests the same—regardless of their situation—as if they were homeless.
