I did not have a good experience with this agency. My CNAs were either always late or did not show up at all! We were referred from the VA and had 3 different CNAs! The communication was not acceptable and in the end we had to change agencies. My advice regarding this agency is to truly get better help that is more consistent and responsible.
I found that the ARAA Home Care team lives by their motto “We treat the family as a whole!” The patient and the family are kept up to date about the care and treatment of what can be expected. The Executive team calls or visits every few weeks to make sure the family’s expectations are being met. I highly recommend this home care agency. You will not be disappointed.
Former employee had got an okay for a leave due to a broken ankle then when it was time for me to return to work I’ve been receiving the run around after months of getting ignored I was able to speak to miriam for her to tell me she doesn’t think it’s a good fit because it was too many inconsistencies in my schedule and I’m wondering exactly how if I was on leave and have been getting ignored since June only worked with this company because a client transferred over to them and they was pretty rude and showed they only cared... read more
