95% of the time the perfect manicure and pedicure. There are 2 ladies that will cut you when filing under the nail… painful and annoying.

Jenny killed it! This was my first time getting a full set done and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The ladies were very friendly and kind, and after showing Jenny my nail inspo she was very transparent with what she thought would looked good and made sure that I liked the colors/design. I really loved how she was careful to fix mistakes and checked in with me during the whole process. I had so much fun with Jenny and the ladies at Ara Spa and will definitely be visiting again soon! Worst spa ever, don’t do my cuticles as needed, changed my color twice as they got the wrong one and 3 nails were broken due to poor technicians if there is zero stars I will choose it

Jenny was really sweet! But not sure what happened with my manicure. After doing the gel she used the drill to go around my nail leaving the manicure to look like it was already 2 weeks grown out. The polish on all my nails doesn’t go all the way to the base or sides of my nails. Additionally frustrating when I went to pay it was more expensive than anticipated due to prices on the website being inaccurate.

I got a manicure today and had my nails cut. The nail tech cut double the length she showed me off. My nails have never been this short in my entire life even when I actively bit them. I left the nail salon crying. I went in with very long healthy nails and they are cut below my fingertips now. At every other salon I have been to, the nail techs are impressed by how strong the nails are so they did not even need to be cut let alone cut completely off.
