Jenny was really sweet! But not sure what happened with my manicure. After doing the gel she used the drill to go around my nail leaving the manicure to look like it was already 2 weeks grown out. The polish on all my nails doesn’t go all the way to the base or sides of my nails. Additionally frustrating when I went to pay it was more expensive than anticipated due to prices on the website being inaccurate.
I got a manicure today and had my nails cut. The nail tech cut double the length she showed me off. My nails have never been this short in my entire life even when I actively bit them. I left the nail salon crying. I went in with very long healthy nails and they are cut below my fingertips now. At every other salon I have been to, the nail techs are impressed by how strong the nails are so they did not even need to be cut let alone cut completely off. It was my first time ever going into a salon, and needless to say it was a great experience! I got acrylics for the first time, and Misa did such an amazing job! She was very detailed with her work, and made sure everything came out to my liking. She was very kind and always checked in to see if anything was hurting me. I am very pleased with my experience here! :))
It was a Saturday and I didn’t know they close early on weekends. I came in around 6:20 and they couldn’t take me. As I was leaving they asked what it was I wanted done and she said she’d call someone that lives close by to see if she’d be willing to come back just for me. Rosie came back and decided to take me in! I was so thankful for that. They did exactly what I wanted and needed done. They were so kind and did an amazing job! I felt like I had VIP treatment.
