This used to be a good doctor, but ever since 2025, he has become a typical all for the money and less about the patient typical doctor. He's changed to a posh office and has arbitrarily changed medical groups creating a huge problem for his patients who now have to go in search of a new physician. Good doctor.
I finally found a great doctor who accepts our insurance! I was so stressed out dealing with another PCP for my dad, but Dr. Shafrazian is a total breath of fresh air. My dad loved the doctor - he says he’s very attentive and knowledgeable. He also loved the new office, which is in a great location. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and they made it easy for me to change my referral. I wish I had found them sooner! I highly recommend them.
If it was for the 2 doctors only, I would have give them a 5 star. The nurse practitioner who’s almost new, has such a bad attitude, which thinks she’s above anyone. The front desk staff are friendly but very slow, lazy, & not organized at all. For any medication refill on a monthly basis, or new med, you have to call them & remind!! For the referrals you should ask them over & over to remind them, otherwise it will be forgotten.
