We have been insured with ARA for almost a decade, faithfully paying our premiums—despite annual increases—because we believed they would be there for us in the event of a loss. Unfortunately, when thefts began hitting mom-and-pop rental yards in our area, including ours, we learned the hard way how wrong we were. Over a few months, we lost several trailers to theft. I have to say for a Insurance company this is one of the most amazing Insurance companies with quality of service and customer service. There is a lady there named Emily Cravy who is beyond any other woman I have ever met! She is the sweetest person I have talked to on the phone. She took care of all of my questions and answered them thoroughly and promptly. I highly recommend Emily Cravy to anyone who needs help!
