Service has dropped significantly when the broker for ARA changed ownership and layoffs after. Looking for new insurance in the equipment rental industry. They don’t care who the broker is. Just want the money and no service after the fact.

We have been insured with ARA for almost a decade, faithfully paying our premiums—despite annual increases—because we believed they would be there for us in the event of a loss. Unfortunately, when thefts began hitting mom-and-pop rental yards in our area, including ours, we learned the hard way how wrong we were. Over a few months, we lost several trailers to theft. Some were valued near the deductible ARA required, others were more, but regardless of the loss size, ARA never made themselves available for a real discussion.... read more

I have to say for a Insurance company this is one of the most amazing Insurance companies with quality of service and customer service. There is a lady there named Emily Cravy who is beyond any other woman I have ever met! She is the sweetest person I have talked to on the phone. She took care of all of my questions and answered them thoroughly and promptly. I highly recommend Emily Cravy to anyone who needs help!
