Cheyenne is absolutely amazing! Always a great experience and I walk out feeling like a new person every time. Five stars!
I came into the salon last Thursday and from the very moment you walk in you are treated to a calming retreat. Charlie was amazing and professional and made me feel better and confident with my new hair. She was able to provide for something I didn’t even know I wanted and got rid of my orange tones. I highly recommend Ara salon. Thankyou Charlie for helping me feel confident again.
I cannot speak to the quality of their services, but only toward the attitude by the owner today. I was misquoted on the phone and had to rearrange my schedule to make the only available appointment. Then, when the appointment started, the price almost doubled (as misquoted on the phone), and there was no apology or anything. I then just said no to the appointment and walked out, then was accused by the owner of being rude. I will not be going back, that's for sure. I love it here! Salon is massive, bright, and no matter how full it’s been when I’ve been here it still has such a calm energy. I have massive curly hair so finding a salon/hairdresser I like can be a little bit daunting (if you know, you know!!) but I always find myself with Ebony and she is the best! Definitely recommend to everyone, even if they are not necessarily looking for the blonde/lived in specialist experience I know Ara are known for.
The service with Ara hair and especially Ashlee was amazing! I left really happy with the blonde service and cannot recommend enough.
