I can only describe my experience with ARA as a nightmare. From the receptionist to the delivery of my engine to the quality of their work, just abysmal. it took 3 months for them to get my engine ready, only for it to last 7000 kms before needing replacement. I paid ARA $4279 to reco my engine, it lasted 7000 kms and died, I contacted ARA and their receptionist wanted nothing to do with it, Tamar basically hung up on me. Long story short, failed engine in a Hyundai that had done just over 90k. As this was my wife's car I wanted to make sure that the engine was reliable, so rather than install a second hand engine I opted to have the engine completely rebuilt. The cost was more than I wanted to spend, however from what I saw of the work during the rebuild stage of the engine the build looks to be of a very high standard.
