Professional, punctual (never late), and extremely fast turn around times. I also have no idea what these reviews are talking about. He’s not rude at all. Rude people don’t show up ten minutes early. Michel has decades in the industry, uses the right comparables, and clearly knows the market well. At the end of the day, that is what you want from an appraiser — a high level of competence.
