Terrible service with this company, they are thiefs. Paid for the part, one week later did not hear a word from them and part never showed up, I had to call and they told me the part was damaged and they could not sell me it, Took three more days and numerous phone calls, i had to threaten legal action before they sent me my money back. Avoid this company at ALL costs.
I would not give them a one star even, he is a very rude owner, over price everything, over the phone they are very nice, as far you cut the road in a very long trip to reach them, they will shoot you the price up. The owner is not there, you have to talk with him over the phone to get the price, he is not polite, very rude and aggressive. Really made me mad, after a long trip to there, there attitude is different than they talking over the phone, they expect the customer will obliged to buy after the long trip he sent and not going back for nothing, so they give you a double price and say, if you don't like our price you can go back and will not force you to buy, very rude and impolite people there, DONT buy from them, this is my advice.
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. They overcharge for parts and mislead customers. Over the phone, they assured me the part was ready and just needed to be picked up. However, when I arrived, I was forced to wait outside a large steel door for over an hour while the employees stood around chatting.
