I dropped a trimmer and backpack blower off on July 24th. Today is August 27th and I still don’t have the blower back yet. The first time I went to pick it up they told me that they needed to replace the new carb because it was still leaking. Then I called to check in on it and was then told it needed a gas tank. They called and told me they fixed it and I could pick it up at ANYTIME! I always try my best to give the small business owners my attention and money. Sorry guys, I think with Tom’s closing you guys got hammered with additional work that you just Coukd not handle because you don’t have enough small engine guys ti keep up with the work load. I tried to be patient and even got my chainsaws to you before the busy season. Great customer service. I dropped my snow blower off for some work on Wednesday 2/18. Realizing that there may not be a chance of getting in back before the major snowstorm on 2/22. They called me on a Sunday morning to say that it’s ready for pickup. They went above and beyond to do this for a customer knowing that I would need it for the storm. It was even the managers birthday. I encourage everyone to go here!!

This place is great for servicing all types of lawn equipment. Over the past year they have serviced my lawn tractor, weed wacker, chainsaw and most recently snow blower. Fast turn around for service and reasonable pricing for all equipment. Would highly recommend! Very friendly as well. Have had plenty of bad experiences with other local companies. These guys are the best!

Of course snowblower won't start and they are calling for huge storm Sunday! What would be the chance that I could get it picked up, repaired and dropped back off before the storm? Never expected it, but called A&R Tuesday, they picked it up Wednesday, got it fixed and delivered back to us on Friday. The nicest people! We are so appreciative! Thank you!
