This was definitely the most unprofessional company I have ever had experience with and not just in the car shop world, either. When I brought my chevy cruze to them at the appointment time they gave me, no one was there. It was 10am and no one was there at all, despite making an appointment with a customer for a diagnosis. I have a 2020 chevy Silverado 2500 HD diesel. I bought the truck used with 100,000 miles and ran good for around 8,000 miles then had 1 issue after another with emissions. It had little power and was throwing 1 code after another. I called Oneails and he said to bring it in . And im glad I did . He explained to me everything about what needed to be done and made sure I understood what he was talking about.
