Amazing business and service. They single-handedly saved my life. I will name my first-born son after their owner.
These guys are a nightmare. First, they force you to pay up front. They don’t tell you when they are taking the money and they take the money weather they repair was completed or not. Had them come in twice for the same issue on the same pizza fridge which they charged me twice for the same repair that wasn’t fixed. Then when they couldn’t fix it offered me a new pizza fridge at double the normal cost and acted as if they were doing me a favor. Technician had no idea how to diagnose a warmer! Charged me $250 for a wrong diagnosis. They have no clue what they are doing or talking about! DO NOT CALL FOR SERVICE! Clueless
Don't use these guys!!!! They are a big scam. Had my element replaced on my grill and 30 mins after he replaces it I have 3 more elements go out and they told me it will be an extra 3k to change those ones too. Tech said its a common thing and a coincidence that the others went out. Tech did not know what he was doing. Told our cook he came from heating and cooling and now is fixing grills. Don't waste your time and money. Ended up buying a brand new grill and not dealing with these losers.
