Do not deal in any way with Adam Rowe as he goes around buy run down property's in the Syracuse area and has recieved many city code violations against these property's. He has tried to hire myself and crew to fix a falling down top porch in which the city cited him and at first I thought that I may be able to help him out and be able to fix the porch.
