We hired AR plumbing to replace our clay sewer line between the house clean out and the city clean out as roots began to grow into the cracks and cause clogging and back up. Ramon and another gentleman arrived when they said they would and began working immediately on the job. They kept us posted as to when we would be out of service and we were never inconvenienced. I highly recommend that you DO NOT use this company. We have American Home Shield and they sent this company to do our repairs. The technician was very polite, however he was fairly quick to dismiss the leak that we had. As he was leaving, you could hear the leak and so I pointed that out. He confirmed that there was indeed a leak under the bathroom sink. About a day after the repair I noticed that there was a hole in the wall caused by the saw the plumber. Alex is the best plumber I’ve had the opportunity to work with. I had 3 previous plumbing companies come out and they couldn’t find the clog. Alex took the initiative that most plumbers won’t do and found the problem and fixed it. He removed the toilet and found an object that was obstructing the water flow. AR Plumbing is truly a great ethical company. Thanks Alex.
