Excellent service from the initial phone call to the job being done. On the day of service, received message from the technician Ben March that he was running early and asked if it was OK to arrive 1 hour ahead of appointment. Then received a text with a link to his location as he drove and estimated time of arrival. Once here, Ben was super friendly and explained everything clearly. A torsion spring broke on one of our bay doors of our auto repair shop; we called AR Overhead Doors and they sent a technician out next day! The tech's name was Benjamin Baker; he collected measurements and the weight of the door, went back to his work van and made a torsion spring on the spot! We were very impressed with Benjamin's professionalism, knowledge and the speed of which he completed the job. We highly recommend this company!
I needed a new battery in my garage door opener and a basic tune up! AR has over 40 years of experience so I chose them. Very easy to get an appointment. On the day of the appointment, the technician gave me a heads up for exact arrival. Benjamin arrived and was very professional immediately understanding my needs. He found two defective pulleys and checked everything else and greased all the moving parts. My garage door has new life and is safer and quieter! Thank you AR/Benjamin for such good service!
