Not only was their sales team, friendly and knowledgeable, but when I needed some help in customer service I spoke with Ms. Utecht and she went above and beyond to help. It is hard to find good sales staff, but almost impossible to find customer service staff that display the great attitude, professionalism and sense of urgency she displayed! Customer service was negligently absent. I ordered a pressure washer for a couple of jobs I had lined up. I paid for the premium shipping, too. The problem is that the unit arrived a whole week later than it would have with free shipping - and those jobs didn't get tended to by an ARXP. I used the company's "contact us" form on their website. Twice. With no replies. I wrote to their Instagram account. Twice. With no replies. I emailed them directly. No replies. Nice spot, nice people, good loading time.
Purchased a 675 and had issues from the start! I called ar and Was told it was user error! Then told i may need to manually turn pump over with an Allen wrench before i start, every time if needed? No thanks! Buy a Kranzle! Not 1 issue! Runs flawless
