I visited one of these houses In Tampa, and I was blown away. The mansion was captivating and very detailed at the highest level. But!! Interest rates are just too high now to purchase. But this builder is amazing.

Lyons Heritage, which is the Tampa office for AR Homes, has been a customer of mine for over 7 years, but their relationship with Ferguson extends well beyond my years. As their outside sales person, I have have personally been in many of their homes and witnessed the quality that they build with. Top notch homes built by a staff of great people. This group has been one of my favorite accounts to manage and I appreciate the partnership we've formed over the years.
We here at Soleic Outdoor Kitchens love working with Lyons heritage. Eddie and Lori have great communication skills. Scott is a top class project manager and makes sure everything goes smoothly. We have been working with Lyons Heritage/ AR Homes for at least 5 years and I can't remember any unhappy customers. We highly recommend them for your homebuilding needs.
I am writing this review from a professional standpoint: We are the custom kitchen/cabinet vendor for Lyons and have been doing their work for 10 years now. We do custom work for other higher end builders as well, so we get a direct view of the inner workings and are able to compare and contrast them.
