Great builder! AR Homes/ Beachland is a quality builder who stands behind his homes. We built 4 years ago and highly recommend this organization. Stopped in spontaneously to view a model home. Even though we made it clear we are nowhere near ready to purchase, Bethany was very warm and helpful and we left with an appreciation for the craftsmanship and attention to detail in these homes.
John, Bo, and the entire AR organization were epitome of professionalism and a joy to work with. More importantly, they are men/women of integrity who go above and beyond what’s required to get the job done, even if it hurts their bottom line. When you’re risking as much money as my wife and I did, it’s very comforting to know that you’ll be treated like family. We now live in our dream home, and have AR homes to thank for it.
