My mom's AC went out with no warning and this company, including the owner and all the staff, were a pleasure to work with. They were so proactive with their communication and time estimates. Also, they were very punctual the day they installed the new unit and anytime thereafter to make sure that everything was working as expected. Technicians were extremely professional and on time. They did routine maintenance on our system and were thorough in the process. They also answered every question we had. We will definitely be contacting them again to continue to do our maintenance and for any other future HVAC related issues that might come up. Highly recommend
El profesionalismo de una compañía lo conoces por la forma en que te responden cuando las situaciones suceden. He tenido muy mala respuesta y mi sistema está bajo garantía. Mi A/C dejó de funcionar hace 2 semanas y todavía es hora que no lo han reparado. Han venido 2 veces y cada vez ya no vuelven hasta que empiezo a llamar y regresan otra vez pero cada vez me dice algo diferente. Y ya no vuelven.
