BEWARE!! Bad heating repair service. My heater was repaired 3 times for the same issue. I had to keep calling back for the same issue wich was very frustrating. There was a peice of cardboard placed in the heater to temporarily fix the heating problem. The only reason why I kept calling back was because the service was under warranty. The issue was never resolved by them and they installed it.
I can’t say enough good things about A&R Heating and Air Conditioning! These guys are absolute rock stars. My central air unit went out on one of the hottest days of the summer, and I was in a total panic. I called A&R and they had a technician at my house in Barrington within a couple of hours. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained everything in plain English (no upselling or scare tactics), and had the part I needed in stock on the truck. We experienced a condenser fan failure during a great wave! The owner arrived within 45 minutes and had our air conditioning working! I can not recommend this company more!
Anthony really went above and beyond doing the repair for my system. Highly recommend!
