Dr. Hoyling has been an excellent dentist for our family. He is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain things clearly. He is very good with our children, helping them feel comfortable and relaxed during their visits, which we really appreciate. He has also been very helpful with more complex dental needs for us as adults, always discussing options and making sure we understand the plan. Overall, we feel confident in the care we receive and would happily recommend Dr. Hoyling to other families.
Booked a 45-minute appointment specifically for a check-up and clean before Christmas. What I actually received was 15 minutes of tapping on my teeth — no clean, no X-rays, nothing useful. I was then told I’d need to come back for multiple additional appointments and that I had to request my own records from my previous clinic, which I was extremely shocked about (doing admin for clinic:)).
