When our furnace stopped heating the apartment and we called A&R in the morning. They came the same day. They not only solved the problem but had the part in stock. We were up and running within hours. That is what I call service.
My grandmother had a new heating and cooling unit installed two years ago. The air conditioning stopped working a few months later. They refused to come out to fix it unless she paid, even though it was under the (only) one year warranty. It’s now been two years and my poor grandmother is sweltering in the heat. Do not buy from this company, they will leave you standing without a working unit, or make you pay again right after purchase.
