Nothings but good things to say about my dealings with A+R. I was in Manchester and my Mum’s boiler broke, A+R got a lovely chap called Miles out the next day but unfortunately the boiler that was older than the engineer had heated its last radiator. A replacement boiler was ordered and fitted by another lovely chap called John, it was done within the week too. Quick call back, great advice over the phone and someone was soon round to fix the boiler. Everything was left neat and tidy with an explanation of what had likely happened and the actions taken to resolve. Will happily use again in the future.

I made an enquiry and received a call the next morning, where I was told someone would be with us between 12:00 and 12:30. I waited in, only to call at 12:45 and be told it was actually an all day appointment. My time was completely wasted. I was then told someone would call me back the same day to rearrange, nobody did. Very poor communication and a frustrating experience.

I had an issue with a leak on my electric boiler and called A+R. The engineer Miles came and fixed the issue efficiently . I had to leave for an appointment and left my mother in the house while he was there and she states what a pleasant young man he was. I would definately use this company again.
