Rude staff dishonest unprofessional and incompetent in delivering good customer service. If you have an issue with your flooring product install or invoice don’t expect this company to care or help you.
Laura from A&R was awesome to work with. She also followed up after installation to confirm if we were happy with the results, and we certainly were! She referred us to Northern Lights Flooring and they were equally great. They made some great recommendations and kept us informed during installation. Our floors look great. Highly recommend!
Product was overpriced bought the same product from Home Depot for a little more than half the cost they charged
The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable! Prices were good too!
