We had a terrific experience with Laura at the Pembina location. She took the time to walk us through all the options and never rushed us. The sales and prouct were top notch but the installation was even better. Olexandra and her crew were on time and did a fabulous job. Everything looks great and we could not have been happier with the whole expereince.
The sales lady Laura at A&R Carpet Barn on Pembina was excellent. The installer NL Flooring was on time and did a great job. Very happy with the experience!
I've bought carpet here 2 time and vinyl glue down floors. They have the best installers.
If I could give 10 stars I truly would. Glen took the time with us to make sure our needs were met in the Knick of time. He was personable, secured our roll, knowledgeable on products and overall a great steward of the company. I understand why my dad spoke so highly of this place for most of his life and the entirety of mine. Thank you carpet barn for being over and above a “carpet store” see you again friends !
Glen at A&R got me a great deal on the flooring I was looking for and provided great guidance. Oleksandra and the team at Northern Lights Flooring were wonderful to work with for the installation. It went faster than expected and was very well done. I'm very happy with how it looks. All my questions were answered quickly and they were very helpful. I have zero complaints. Thanks!
