Scammers. Don’t trust them. They’ll stick on tons of fees and not tell you they’re optional. Go somewhere else.
They are no longer at the indicated location in Springdale. It's Arkansas Counseling and Wellness instead.
They are the biggest rip off ever. Don't use them. It will cost almost 500 bucks in the end. There are others that are less complicated and way cheaper. Shop around and don't use these guys. They syck
Great place UNTIL YOU NEED HELP. I was unable to turn in my paperwork for renewal within 30 days. When the state declined and ask for a new signature, I was told to spend an additional $100 to get an appointment. Patients should be treated better. I have paid close to $400 this year just for a new card. Why not just move 20 minutes to Missouri where it is cheaper to be a patient? Not pleased with the constant draining of patients funds.
