Beware. After charging me $99 for a PTSD screening as a ‘renewable client,’ they then told me I needed to pay another $349 to proceed. This wasn’t made clear upfront. Not a transparent experience—make sure you fully understand the total cost before giving them your card information. Other clinics are charging $99 for a renewal client and nothing else. I found this out after the fact. They need to be investigated for basically scamming.
Their website says a diagnosis will be made. But the “chart” they sent over to me literally says it’s not a diagnosis. I paid 99.00 for literally nothing. Company refuses to give me a refund. I am going to dispute this with my debit card. THIS IS NOT A LEGITIMATE COMPANY. They will take your money and not help you. This is not a satisfaction guarantee. Also you are forced to sign everything before you’re able to submit it, this place is a JOKE.
SCAM! I want my $300 back! Kara's Health is much cheaper and will get your medical Marijuana card fast.
