I applied for my card and got it 2 weeks later. The steps are easy and the doctors were willing to help me .
DO NOT use this service! Please check recent reviews! They now require $100 up front just to SPEAK with the specialist, but this does not include any service! Additional services are at minimum 100 more. They tried to get me to pay 180 on top of the 100 I had already paid, and refused to refund my money after a 5 minute visit (which was already 45 minutes LATE). This is a scam, and should be avoided accordingly.
Don't give them your money. They will want more money and claim they need medical records that are not required for Oklahoma for a referral. Really wish I'd seen these reviews first. I'm definitely not alone. Just got my referral somewhere else for $25 and they gave me $4 off when they heard the story from this companies call.

This business is in the business of ripping people off. They took my money performed no services and refuse to refund the 99.00 fee. There are many credible companies out there who will process your request without stealing your money. I’d advise you not to use this company unless you have money to waste. What a sham!
