I chose this place based on reviews and being local, needed the alarm system disconnected because it was draining the battery constantly. This they did in a timely manner at a reasonable price. On the way home from picking up the car it became apparent that the air conditioner would not turn on, nothing was blowing out the vents. I know this worked before and well. The only mechanics I’ve ever felt comfortable working with! Very honest, very clear explanations, very fair pricing. Very clear communication all around!
I took my Buick to them for an oil change. It took around 2 hours to change the oil. And when I took my car home,a few days later the oil light kept coming on. Thought that was suspicious. Had my son check the oil and see if he could figure it out. The oil pan bolt was loose and the oil had not been changed.. I will not be going back there..!
