Poor Customer Service: A Disappointing Experience. I contacted the company to replace my windshield, and initially, they were attentive but quite insistent on having me hire their service. They even offered the convenience of performing the service wherever I was, which seemed great until then. After the windshield replacement, I noticed a scratch on the glass and, upon mentioning the issue, asked if it could be removed. Well they did clean up after themselves but they tore the fabric on both sides right around eye level when sitting in the vehicle, after scheduling a time they never showed up and said car trouble, which is fine except it took over a week for my windshield to come in apparently starting the day after the first appointment to install it...
Just got my windshield replaced on my 2021 Lexus they are amazing super fast and they came to me fix it on the spot
Just watched their driver drive on the shoulder to go around traffic at a traffic light. Then intentionally run a red light at the next intersection. If they are this careless with their driving how careless are they with the rest of the aspects of their business?
