They were great, got me in the door and were super salesman. But between them and the bank, they "messed" up paperwork and I was still financing my trade in and the new car. The auto pay I set up went to my trade-in somehow and caused me to be repoed for the new car. They wouldn't help me out one bit. "Why would we do business with you again if you couldn't make the payment" They got a whole truck and 2 g9ns to resell as well as the car back. Make sure your paperwork is in order through the fine details.

The customer service was great everything went smooth! The salesman were really helpful but the truck I purchased is absolute garbage. 2 days after I bought it the AC quit working, all four wheels almost fell off while I was on the freeway because all the lug nuts come off fix that problem and a week later the whole rear end almost come out because the unbolts were all super loose but fixed it then the brakes went out with all that said all fixable just yesterday the transmission started going out and the heater core hose bl... read more
