Rob is a friendly and likable guy who genuinely tries to make the car buying experience feel positive. If he were selling new cars with manufacturer backing, that approach might work fine. But the reality is, they source vehicles from auctions and patch them up for resale. The so-called "warranty" isn't worth the paper it's printed on, and the closing paperwork is clearly structured to eliminate any liability on their end once you drive off the lot.
Rob is a great guy and understanding to the customer's needs. Not pushy. He makes you feel like you are part of his family
