Richard was supposed to hydrodip some interior panels for me, this project started on may 7th i asked if he knew how to do this kinda stuff he said yes. After his first week of working it became obvious he didn't know what he was doing instead he destroyed my panels kept blowing me off for the last 2 and a half months i went to pickup my parts today after he told me repeatedly that they were done and they were ruined i guess now i know why he blew me off for so long.
First off, let me start by saying that Rich and Jay are a pleasure to do business with! Not very often now a days that a business makes you feel important to them and not just another customer to push out so they can get the next one in. I am more than pleased with the audio equipment they installed in my Camaro. Sounds great, and looks great! When i first talked to Rich i told him i wanted the best bang for my buck! Outstanding work, very reasonable pricing, great experience all around. We have had two other “Stereo/Audio/Sound Shops” do installations & sound work on our Jeep Rubicon. We paid ALOT of money and it was just never right. Richard re-engineered our set-up, solved every issue, was very honest, completed work quickly & was more than fair on price. Our Jeep system now works flawlessly, sounds awesome & looks amazing due to the quality installation and attention to detail we received. We highly recommend A. R. Audio.

Rich was amazing he got me amazing deals on parts also He gave me a amazing deal on install prices Backup Camera,Radio,4 door speakers he was super friendly and taught me a lot, him and Jay did the speaker install they were very quick with it and did a amazing job.
