Bath is good, we got a deep spa bath for the Japanese feel and it works a treat. Great for sitting in and fairly sturdy. Communication was at times, really bad and thankfully I waited until I had received my bath before going ahead with the renovations. While it was explained eventually what had happened (representative left before new one started, capacity for making tubs reduced due to covid), it certainly could have been communicated better (maybe have something communicated with the receptionist for paid customers?).

Our AQVA Luxury has been fantastic. Very suited in our bathroom and can enjoy spa everyday. Chris was very helpful and assisted the choice of spa. Highly recommended.

From start to finish the customer service was informative and helpful. My bath was delivered on time and looks amazing! I love it. Also, it was so easy to install which delighted my plumbers!! Highly recommend.

Beautiful bathtub designs and concepts. We test-sat dozens of tubs in different standard stores, but found the most comfortable one here. Also our impression is that it holds the warmth much longer than previous tubs. Very happy.

My advice: Never, ever buy through AQVA. I cannot think of a word strong enough to convey how abysmal AQVA’s service was, and I write for a living. Perhaps that purchasing a spa from AQVA was how I discovered the formal consumer complaint process says enough. After struggling over weeks even to get a quote, I was finally promised a dedicated sales representative who would ensure good service. I can only laugh about that now.
