Aquino's menu hasn't changed much for a while, and it shouldn't... It's all about having reliable renditions of the many savory dishes that have been featured for years, and still tasting great on any given night. Aquino's is a very consistent restaurant. Service less than desirable I went to Aquino's on three separate occasions. The first time they didn't put the chicken in the chicken riggies. By the time it was corrected the rest of the party was almost finished eating. The second time another party member ordered prime rib and was not told it was going to be grilled because it was day old and was charged the day before's price. Nice family style Italian Restaurant I was part of a large party at Aquino's. I chose the Lasagna (they give large parties 5 choices) and, aside from being able to feed a small army, was one of the best I have ever had. Others had good meals as well with the Eggplant Parm being a favorite also. The lemon bar I had for dessert was not only wonderful, the bright lemon flavor after such a large meal was refreshing.
Aquino's The food was quite good, with a good selection, and the portions were generous. We scheduled a dinner for a large group (there were about 40 of us) and the server they assigned worked hard. But for such a large group, they probably should have assigned more servers to help us.
Mid range price restaurant Great food at a reasonably priced resaurant. The portions would serve a family of 4 they were so big! ! Waitstaff was pleasant and kept the glasses filled...I had their lasagna & was very happy with my dinner. I was with a large group & all ran reasonably well. The restaurant itself has a well lit & large parking area.. They def. met my expectations.
