I was recommended to dr. Aquino by my Pastors wife.I had an A1c, of 14 as he worked with me it went down to 9, than 7, than 6.7. My only two complaints are that there were maybe three times that I was not given warning when another doctor would be seeing me, so another person I've never met walks into the room. Also there have been times that appointments were changed without notification. I must admit that I also unintentionally missed 2 appointments. I have been with Dr Aquino for 30 years the years of services is apparent in the time served that I was fooled. After 30 years I was told by someone I don’t know not to come back because I was told to take a supplement. My doctor suggested a new pill I said ok thinking it came with a prescription so it would be covered by insurance, but it was a supplement and cost 20 dollars I didn’t have but instead of talking to me he told me not to come back. Reception is horrible. They record the phone calls which is shocking as the lack of professionalism is profound. I’ve requested 3 different referrals, never to receive them. You call to cancel or reschedule and they still call harassing about missed appointments?? Not to mention both times I went to this office, I waited in a room that has ZERO ventilation for over an hour. Even the tech taking blood pressure said “we gotta get out of this room it’s getting too stuffy”You call and request appointment because of the new lettu... read more
