My doctor said Aquinas could not provide the services they promised. My doctor was right. We are now looking into possible Medicaid fraud. Don’t believe what they say.
Called to get information. Lady that answered was VERY rude. She sent me to Michelle who was extremely rude from the time she answered the phone. I can't imagine letting people lie this take care of my loved one. I see why their reviews are so horrible. Don't waste your time dealing with these folks.
Watched one of their employees cause complete chaos on a stretch of highway. Swerving through traffic causing other drivers to have to slam on their breaks to avoid hitting them. If they can’t be trusted to drive how can they be trusted to properly manage the health of you or your loved one?
My dad had home health care through Aquinas for a few weeks recently. To start us off, we were originally told that someone would be there to see us within 24 hours of discharge, they never texted, never called, and then showed up four full days later. So not a great first impression. A big portion of his care was doing dressing changes for his picc line. I love this home health team. I love my nurse Jean to pieces as well as my physical therapist. I apologize, I can not remember her name. They have taken excellent care of me, and if I need extra help throughout the week, all I need to do is call and someone will be here. Everyone is kind, patient, and loving.
