Five-stars specifically for Kevin. I’m caring for two neighbors with home health, one with Aquinas and one with Spectrum. Kevin, with Aquinas has been by far the best. My first text with him, I hadn’t even put the phone down before he called me back. Attentive, and forward-thinking. It is greatly evident that he cares for my neighbors and I can’t tell you what a relief it is to know I can ask him any question, ask him for help, and at any time. Thank you Kevin!
I would give Aquinas far than five stars if I could. I've lost track of how many separate periods we used Aquinas for after my wife's numerous long hospitalizations - four, five? I don't know how many services Aquinas offers but we might have used them all: nursing including PIC line and wound dressing changes, blood draws for laboratory analysis, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, respiratory therapy. My doctor said Aquinas could not provide the services they promised. My doctor was right. We are now looking into possible Medicaid fraud. Don’t believe what they say.
Called to get information. Lady that answered was VERY rude. She sent me to Michelle who was extremely rude from the time she answered the phone. I can't imagine letting people lie this take care of my loved one. I see why their reviews are so horrible. Don't waste your time dealing with these folks.
Watched one of their employees cause complete chaos on a stretch of highway. Swerving through traffic causing other drivers to have to slam on their breaks to avoid hitting them. If they can’t be trusted to drive how can they be trusted to properly manage the health of you or your loved one?
