Horrible experience with this company! They installed 3 brand new air conditioning units for our brand new spaces and they could not get them to cool appropriately. The owner’s wife, who was not a tech, told us our A/C units would work once we moved the furniture into the space. Guess what??? That didn’t help! We could never get past the owner’s wife on the phone. The owner with A/C expertise never even called us or came by to see if he could help. Aquilla air was amazing! They received a work order form my insurance and immediately reached out. They provided service the same day! Jacob came out, figured out the issue and fixed it all on the same call! Some of the best service we have experienced! Thankful for Aquilla Air!
I’m very impressed on Aquila air how fast they came out to fix my problem with my ac unit and how very professional there tech’s were to explained the issue to me I very highly recommend them I will be using them again.
Their lead Technician is professional and very knowledgeable on any and every different kind of units !
