My car has been sitting at there shop for 6 days now and everytime I call for an update I am given the runaround. I was told my car would be fixed by Wednesday it’s now Friday an they’re not even answering.
This review is long over due. I took my 2011 Lexus here on my mom's recommendation for the first time 2 years ago, for a water pump issue. I was stressed at the time with my cash flow as we often are when major car issues arise and every where else was quoting me three times plus what this shop did. I wasn't sure if this place was the right move for my car as I had always taken my car directly to Lexus for maintenance. If you want quality work done for a good deal and in a timely manner, Aquiles Auto Body & Repair is the place to go. They have done mechanical and bodywork for two of my vehicles and both times I dealt with exceptional service and was satisfied with their work. They had my transmission rebuilt in a week (also for the cheapest price in town) and completely redid my battery terminal connectors as a courtesy.
