If anyone is looking for a great active senior location, this is it. The people there are so friendly. It is a cooperative so you have to be prepared to volunteer your services either on board meetings or on committee boards, but it's actually a lot of fun to do so. My mother lives there and I feel extremely comfortable with her there. She gets her own condo which is great. I can be visit her and stay with her when I want. My grandmother has 4 plans friends living their last 5 plans years, very happy with location/services/unit!!! Only complaint I've ever heard was the building was built low cost/cheap. And they had to pay out of pocket for repairs. That's honestly a correct complaint and over all stay there is great and at lower cost than other options.
