Tom is very responsive, professional and courteous. He made himself available the same day our well pump broke. Got back to me right away, showed up on time and really knows his craft from wells to plumbing to electrical connections. I was very impressed with the quality of workmanship. We just recently bought a house. We needed to get a new system put in. We called 3 companies for quotes. 2 companies gave there prices over the phone with out looking at the system. So Tom from Aqueduct Water Treatment came to the house the same day!! He took the time to educate me on well systems. I have always had city water so I really did have a clue. After 9 months of having Tom perform monthly maintenance on the system, I decided to have someone else look into the water system. I have to say that I was scammed by this guy and am completely shocked at the results of my water. For starters the aerator is absolutely gross, it has never been cleaned and has frogs inside of it. The salt used in the brine is of low quality and has never been cleaned, the timer is out of time, and the water has consistently had a yellowish brownish color.
