A very big thank you to Travis at Aqueduct Heating Services. Travis has spent about thirty minutes, over the phone, helping me sort out my hydronic heating issues; they are complicated.. He has given me the best and most helpful advice about my hydronic systems have ever had. He has sent me technical information that will fix the system. All this for free. Yes, that’s what I said. He is based in Melbourne, and I am Barwon Heads. Yet he gave me the time and his knowledge. He is an expert on these systems. Thank you Travis.

I would not use anyone else to service or repair our hydronic heating boiler. Travis has helped us out on a couple of occasions, with rapid service at a reasonable price and has even fixed a problem for me without charge and with a smile.
I’ve been dealing with Travis since 2012. He is very professional, responds immediately to urgent requests and shows concern for problem at hand. He fixed a problem in 2012 and the charge again in 2024 was roughly the same. He hadn’t added an exorbitant amount for his call out fee.
